The relevant part is this one: "javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Context: stProxyCell/nodes/stProxyNode/servers/STProxyServer, name: jdbc/STProxyDataSource: First component in name STProxyDataSource not found"
Did you create the ST Proxy database ?
If yes, did you create the associated datasource in the administrative console ?
